ADVENTURE ESSEX COORDINATES
Essex is a 55% cotton/45% linen blend. I use it in quilts just as I do all-cotton fabrics. I have found that, as long as a quilt is made well and not quilted too sparsely, a quilt made with Essex can be used and washed as any other quilt.
Yarn-Dyed Flame, Cedar, Curry, Jungle, and Palm are new colors that will start shipping in August 2019. A fat quarter bundle of these coordinates is available from Robert Kaufman Fabrics and is perfect for making my Leafy quilt.
ADVENTURE KONA COORDINATES
These 21 Kona colors are part of a 42-piece 10 Square pack that also includes the 21 Essex colors shown above. It’s currently available for wholesale order from Robert Kaufman Fabrics for August 2019 shipping, and is perfect for making my Lana Lemur quilt.
ADVENTURE KONA ROLL
This roll-up was designed specifically for making my Leafy quilt (though it could certainly be used for many other things!). The colors included are a little bit different than the coordinates shown above and include Kona Pepper, Charcoal, Metal, Windsor, Blueprint, Jade Green, Chartreuse, Peapod, Palm, Avocado, Pickle, Wasabi, Meringue, Cocoa, Paprika, Nectarine, Roasted Pecan, Cedar, Saffron, and Yarrow.
