This post is about my Sparkle Punch quilt. Read the previous posts here and here.
Literally. These photos were taken in Mo's house. Thankfully, she liked the quilt and it seemed to match her vintage Christmas decorations really well.
I wish I'd had better light for these photos. It gets dark so early at this time of year that, by the time I finished the binding, it was already dark!
Here's the quilt spread out on the floor. It measures about 60" x 72".
I quilted in a pointy meandering pattern that shows up a little better on the quilt back.
The quilt back is pieced from 4 rectangular panels of 4 different solid fabrics. Each rectangle includes a single star pieced from a gray print fabric.
The binding is a silvery Quilter's Lame that I bought at Bolt a couple of years ago. (I don't think Bolt still has it but, if you do a web search, you'll find shops that do.)
