Oh wow, my mouth's watering at the thought of your harvest!

Kaelin

Your plants look lovely!

I have those exact same vases (and you're not alone...my dog eats my flowers as well...he demolished some gerber daisies I set out on my coffee table a few weeks ago!)

Ramona Burke

Those vases are awesome! Where are they from? Good luck on your plants, I seem to kill anything green...

Jamie

My husband's grandparents, who lived outside of Portland in Lake Oswego, had the most beautiful hydrangea plants I'd ever seen. I'm in awe of anyone who can grow them. I'm not sure they'd really appreciate the Texas heat.

Cathy A

I love hydrangeas and have several in my yard. They always wilt so quickly when I bring them inside. I can't figure out why. Such pretty flowers though! The veggies and herbs look good, too!

Hollie

Wow! I love those wall vases! Where did you find them?

Elizabeth

Thanks, everyone! The wall vases are from CB2.

courtney.janelle.sews

omg, vases on the wall!! incredible! my cat has broken way too many vases.

Q

First off - very good news about your garden - it seems to be thriving.

I have a garden starting too and when I cut my hydrangea to bring inside in a vase it welted within 2 days! How did yours pan out?

Katie

Everything looks great! Those vases are gorgeous. My herbs didn't do so well this year, either. :(

Zarina

That is a good idea to have the vases on the wall. Even without little people in the house, somehow we have those accidents.

Stephanie

Hydrangeas are my absolute favorite flowers. I must get some planted at our new house next year. Love 'em. Glad your garden is going so well!

Anna

Love the garden but more interested in the vases and hydrangeas. You must post pics of your garden. I am sure it as lovely as your veggie garden.

greetingarts

How are you making your hydrangeas bloom? I'm so confused about whether I'm supposed to prune or not and I'm only getting one (usually) or two (at most) blooms at a time... what's with all the people who have like dozens of hydrangea balls on their bushes all at once? Sigh. Everything on your deck looks lovely.

Sonja

My tomatoes are still green... It's raining (non-stop) in Belgium... They cannot change color wihtout sun...
BUT because of the rain, I've plenty of them:)))

Walden

Looks wonderful!

Your garden looks great!

Hi from Scotland where we need lots of sun to make toms and squash happen! But herbs... try underplanting your squash with the fussy herbs .. they can share the TLC and water AND shade the squashes toes!! that aside, love love your site ,, use it as a warm up each day to get inspiration and to fabric gawp!! Stylish effective designs.
Lovely and thankyou

Looks like your thumb may be turning a bit green :)

Christina

I'm so glad your garden is still green after all the heat we've had here in the NW. Looks like it's coming along nicely.

I can so relate. I too have a stinker of a cat and some lovely wall vases. :)

Sarah

Only in Oregon can you plant a container garden mid july and have it looks as great as yours does. All of that rain and sun. Looks great!

Isabella Cake

Oh. The tomatoes are getting ready for harvest! LOL. Those tomatoes will be great for salsa or salads! My tomatoes are also getting set up for red tomatoes. And my peppers as well.

rose forever

Your garden looks nice. I love you teeny tiny beans sprouting out in the photo. It is so cute. All of your plants seems to be healthy and I congrats you for that. My tomatoes are doing great also except for my purple beans.

Melanie Large

Yeah, the tomatoes are looking good as well as the peppers! Perfect ingredients for some salsa! Yum! By the way, those vases are really cute!
