Sew, Mama, Sew has, once again, arranged a "Giveaway Day" in blogland. (Actually, it's a couple of days to give everyone time to peruse the various giveaways.) Check out their blog for a complete list of the participants.
Question: (and please do imagine me saying this in my best Dwight Schrute voice) What do this bin of Erin Michaels fabric . . .
. . .this bin of Heather Ross' Far, Far, Away fabric . . .
. . . and this bin of mod black and white prints have in common?
Answer: You could win a custom baby or wall quilt made with fabric from one of them!
That's right. My Giveaway Day item is a custom baby or wall quilt. Here's the fine print:
- The quilt can be any size up to 45" square, with or without pockets on the back for hanging.
- The quilt will be made primarily with fabric from one of these bins and entirely with cotton and linen fabrics that I already have.
- I'll ask the winner which bin he or she wants me to use and for input on sashing, preferred block style, preferred colors, etc., but will make the final decisions regarding the design myself.
If didn't scare you off with all the fine print, you can enter by leaving a comment below. In your comment, tell me what, if anything, special you're baking, eating or drinking this holiday season. Personally, I am absolutely determined to make a Buche de Noel. (Although it probably goes without saying, I also plan to enjoy some delicious champagne.)
What about you? Please be sure to answer the question in your comment or it will be deleted and you won't be entered in the giveaway! Comments will be open until Sunday at 6:00 pm, Pacific. A winner will be announced shortly thereafter.
Good luck!
