Yeah, I only read this blog for cat sightings. Although the quilting stuff is good too. ;)

Michaela

Lucky Amy! Congrats : )

Christine

Nope, I liked the last banner much better! I guess I'm in the minority.

And, I just learned that it's best to READ the WHOLE post. I'm bummed that I did not comment for a chance to win the coins.

Next time.

P.S. Tomorrow or Wednesday I'm going to finish the binding on my Quilt-Along Quilt.

cathleen

Just wanted to tell you....your tablecloth is fantastic. I LOVE those fabrics together. And I adore kitties....what a sweetie-pie, cutie face!

amy ( sew~amy)

which Amy? I am Amy.. did I win? Love the kitty.

Ruth

Do you have a problem with cat hair getting on your sewing? My cats seem convinced that they need to help me with my projects, and as a result they get cat hair everywhere. I don't want to kick them out, but my efforts to discourage aren't very effective.

Donna

Elizabeth, I just wanted to say that I enjoyed reading about the Quilt-Along so much, I'm revving up to make my first quilt soon. I've really enjoyed poking around and looking at your quilts - your use of color is very inspiring!

Michele

Ok, what is it about cats and quilts? I see cats all over in different quilting sites, but never understood how they could "let" their cat sit on their quilts while they're trying to work on it. Well, we just got a kitten a couple of weeks ago, and yesterday I was finishing up a quilt that my 11 DD and I started BC (before cat), and this kitten would NOT leave me/it alone. She would not get off the quilt. I had to keep spritzing her with water to get her off, and so she contented herself with sitting on the farthest corner. But now that I am done with it, she could care less and doesn't even sniff it! Too funny!

Missed the giveaway, and now wondering what the new header looked like? Just wanted to tell you that tablecloth is just eye poppingly GORGEOUS. What a lucky lucky lucky table it will be gracing.

jodie

Congratulations Amy, you lucky gal you!

Deirdre

Seriously, my cat loves to 'help' me sew too! He is such a pain, but I don't have the heart to lock him out! He takes the cutest pictures atop my various projects, so my blog is full of photos of him too.

Terri H

Oh man I forgot to enter, I got to busy yesterday, I received the beautiful fabric you sent me today, thank you so much, you should get a package from me soon I sent it this morning.

Thanks Elizabeth

Kelly

Congrats to Amy and commiserations to everyone else, including me, sob, sob :-(

I love your kitty paws on quilt banner, and can't remember what your new one was?

Cats and quilts, they're inseparable! :-)

Chris

I love the kitty paws and missed them! Thanks for giving them back ;-)

Chris

I liked the last banner better. Missed the giveaway. Love the flow of colors in the tablecloth quilt.

Abby

Alissa

Love the kitty paws.

Wow, I missed the giveaway entirely, and I'm so bummed! Not that I would have won, but there's always hope. The tablecloth is so incredibly gorgeous, wonderful job. Oh, and I wanted to say that you can prewash that Far Far Away with no problems, I washed mine and it actually raveled less than the quilting cottons I washed at the same time. And I think the colors got brighter, is that possible? Weird. Anyway, love your blog!

Amanda Elizabeth

I love love LOVE that cat! What a sweetheart!!!!

Peggy Flynn

A friend who just took her first quilting lessons told me about your site. (I've been quilting for many years.) Your cat looks exactly like my Max (He has a sister, Lily, but she's a little different in shape and markings. Sweet. Peggy

Amy

Must have been a different Amy. :o)

Mary Lou
