Just looking at those fabrics on the sales site I would have passed over them, but seeing them in a project makes me want to go shopping! Great job on your pin cushion.

I just read the PDF file, and as usual, you are very clear with your directions. this is definitely on my list for tomorrow (the quilt along blocks will be done the day after) ;)

So (sew) funny! I have just been looking at my current version of this organiser and thinking how much I would like a pattern to make one in fabrics that better match my crafting space - et voila! Love your blog!

I love this! I made your Margaret Bag this Saturday and was doing some hand quilting and the whole time I was working on both I was thinking that I needed to make a better pincushion. I love the organizer idea also. I'll definitely be downloading this one right away!

this is so timely! i went to my 1st sewing class a few weeks ago and they had these weighted little pouches for thread detritus. i was thinking about making one and now i see yours!!! so awesome!! thanks so much for the download and all the tips and advice on your blog - its truly appreciated :)

Love that!! Last night while I was working on fmq my daughters quilt, I had to keep hunting for my tools, which kept getting knocked off of the table by the quilt. This is a great tutorial at a great time!
