Just a quick post today to share another cookie recipe. These are Urban Legends, a ground oat, chocolate and butterscotch chip cookie based on the old e-mail forward classic, the "Neiman Marcus Cookie."

Oh yea, I love these cookies. I have been making them for several years now. But the so-called Neiman Marcus cookie recipe I have doesn't call for butterscotch chips. I think it says chocolate chunks or shavings. Still yummy though!

this is so funny! I made these cookies a long time ago and thought they weren't THAT amazing for being so expensive. But yeah, they are good.
