There isn't much point to this post. I just wanted to show some photos of the hydrangeas I cut this weekend. We have several bushes growing on the side of our house. I think these are the last flowers I'm going to get from them this year.
We had some friends over on Saturday and I decorated with several arrangements with the hydrangeas. This particular one was just some blooms floating in water in a shallow glass bowl.

Hydrangeas are my absolute fave! Yours are beautiful!

Oh I love hydrangea! I used the antique looking green and light blue ones for my wedding. They smell so good too. Yours look lovely against the dark wood of your table.

Those are gorgeous! My husband's grandparents used to live outside of Portland and they had the largest and most beautiful hydrangea bush I'd ever seen. It was taller than the roofline of the house.

I love these hydrangeas! I just posted about them too. Mine have dried beautifully in the vase and have kept their mauve and almost turquoise color. Beautiful!

I love hydrangeas - they are my absolute favorite flower. We had a bunch at our old house, but the plants we have at our new house didn't bloom at all this year. Thank you for sharing yours - the colors are breathtaking.
